The control system consists of online check weight scale,
industrial control computer, printer, etc., equiped with the
appropriate software program to complete the quantitative
shipments, data records, statistics and other management. Online
Checkweigher mainly with input and output of weighing indicator,
programmable controllers PLC, electrical cabinets, gear-down motor,
transducer, friendly man-machine interface and system protection
and so on..
System functions:
1)Control layer.The computer in office is with operation,
monitoring and management of the three functions. The monitoring
computer sends out the parameters of total quantity to delivery,
which executed by the online Checkweigher. Control layer
implemented "trace management" to the online checkweigher, namely,
operation of equipment, running and results all would be real-time
recorded, then generate reports. Production report stored in the
database, you can browse and print them at any time.
2)Key-course. The key-course uses the programmable controller (PLC)
master control. According to the control command, PLC opens or
stops the related drive return route, completes equipment's
control, and pass the data of the real-time running state and flow
collected to the monitoring computer through the network..
3)Device layer. Checkweigher (weighing indicator, load cell,
counters, etc.) placed in the device, run by the PLC control
equipment, testing equipment operating status, collecting operating
data.
